Tellez Towing is not responsible for pre-existing mechanical problems, body damage, worn or damaged tires, suspension issues, loose parts, modified vehicles, low-clearance conditions, or other conditions that existed before service began.

Certain towing or recovery situations may involve unavoidable risks, particularly when a vehicle is disabled, damaged, stuck, off-road, in a ditch, improperly parked, or located in an unsafe or difficult-to-access area.

We will use reasonable care when handling your vehicle, but we cannot guarantee that existing damage or mechanical conditions will not worsen during a necessary towing or recovery procedure.

6. Roadside Assistance

Roadside assistance services such as jump starts and tire changes are provided on a best-effort basis.

A successful jump start does not guarantee that a battery, alternator, starter, or other electrical component is in proper working condition.

Tire-change service requires a usable spare tire and any required wheel-lock key or specialty equipment. If the vehicle cannot safely be serviced roadside, towing may be recommended instead.
